Attention

November 02, 2011 - Over the last few weeks, a number of internet jobsites have posted positions through a company called Tremco Recruit or Trem Recruit. These companies have no connection to our company and they are not working on our behalf or at our request. The contact in the adverts for Tremco Recruit is given as Simon Grant. We have a colleague within Tremco illbruck in the UK who is also called Simon Grant. He is our Area Sales Manager for Scotland (UK). Simon Grant from our company is not connected to this recruitment company or these job opportunities in any way.

As a general reminder, you should always be vigilant and check the validity of requests for personal information or bank details, especially in response to a recruitment advert.

High Demand for illbruck Winter Foam

Due to unprecedented levels of demand, Tremco illbruck has stepped up production of its winter grade expanding PU foam – a specialist formulation ideal for use in sub-zero temperatures.

Most standard PU foams are only usable at temperatures down to +5°C.   Below this, the foam fails to expand and cure properly, leading to failed joints, job delays and customer complaints.

illbruck FM330 provides the solution to this surprisingly common problem. The innovative PU formulation can be used in sub-zero conditions temperatures as low as -3°C.   The foam is installed and used just like any other PU foam, and is ideal for providing an airtight seal around joints and gaps within a building.

Originally developed for Scandinavian customers, the foam has become increasingly popular in this country following the harsh winters of recent years.   With forecasters predicting another hard winter this year, FM330 has been more popular than ever, with high demand for the product picking up much earlier than anticipated.
